Cancellation Policies:

A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to most activities. Failure to provide more than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the total cost of your trip. 1-day Cataract Canyon and Westwater Canyon rafting trips require 7 days advance notice in order to avoid forfeiture of the total cost of the trip. Last minute cancellations due to weather conditions will not be accepted unless provider determines that weather is hazardous to passenger safety. Cancellation of private trips requires 72 hours advance notice. In the event that cancellation policies differ from those above, the Sorrel River Ranch concierge will inform you of alternate policies at the time your itinerary is confirmed.

For activities taking place on the same day or activity bookings on your date of check-in, please be sure to allow yourself adequate time. While our concierge makes an effort to advise you of possible conflicts in your itinerary, neither Sorrel River Ranch nor its providers can be held responsible in the event that you miss your trip or show up late for your appointment. Trips will depart as scheduled, and no-shows or late arrivals will forfeit the cost of the trip. Remember, these are wilderness trips, and unexpected circumstances such as nature and weather can occasionally cause a trip to return late. Plan accordingly.

I hereby give Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa permission to provide the my credit card information to its preferred providers in order to reserve my activities. I understand that charges will be made by tour operators independent of Sorrel River Ranch and agree that Sorrel River Ranch is not responsible for the charges made to my card. Furthermore, I have read and agree to the cancellation policies as outlined above.
